I did quite an extensive research on kegel balls before purchasing this model. It’s excellent value for money and the gradation of different weights is perfect when trying these out the first time. Silicone strings and the metal balls hinders any potential nasty bacteria build up and the balls are easy to clean once I removed them from the strings which has a single and duo option. I’m a beginner so I’m starting with the solo option with the lightest weight i.e. 20g. I find it easy to insert even without the use of a water-based lubricant as recommended in the manual. Push them upward, similarly to how you might push in a tampon, as far as they will go comfortably. Once they’re in, I just stand up and go about my business. They don’t require any concentration or forethought – no need to count sets or seconds, much less remember to do them at all.
I travel a lot and I will take them with me while I’m travelling. All six balls plus the strings fits perfectly in the carry pouch.
